AP Excavation and Landscaping fixed our horrible water intrusion problems and we are so grateful for hiring them to do this job. Our home had negative grades around the house with non-existent drainage. This led to constant flooding of our basement and, worse, our foundation was beginning to shift due to the water retention in our soil after every rain fall. We reached out to so many contractors and all of their solutions seemed like band-aid fixes that did not address the root problem, while still quoting thousands of dollars.
We finally made the large financial decision to correct our property’s grade and install all new drainage and window wells around the house. AP Excavation and Landscaping seemed to be the only contractor we could find who could do all of this work in-house without subcontracting or needing the homeowner to work with multiple companies to accomplish it.
Starting with the consultation with Pedro, communication was always immediate (almost every other company either took days to respond or no response at all), and we always felt heard and understood by the company throughout the process. The work itself only took three days and we were incredibly impressed by every employee. They all were friendly and respectful, hard working, and seemed to genuinely care about the quality of their work.
